You connect in a deep and loving way with yourself and with others. And life coaching is also about exactly this: finding yourself again. That's why I find it so easy and useful to combine the two methods. Through the use of the body we feel which emotions arise in us at the moment. And in which situations our head switches on and we block ourselves as a result.
This is exactly where we can start with methods and knowledge from life coaching to solve these blockages and thereby improve your whole life.

With various group exercises on perception, mindfulness, sensitivity, acceptance, communication, etc., topics such as trust, security, fun, lightness, connection are addressed and trained.
The goal is to strengthen the we-feeling by first consciously perceiving and strengthening the I-feeling.
We not only use our heads, but also our bodies. Because hormones and emotions are produced in our body, which are very important for such topics.

Only when we feel ourselves and our body can we intensify the feeling of connection. It is not (only) about special dance steps, but about conscious use of the body in the group.
The training and workshops are suitable for groups of all kinds: dancers, dance teachers, teams, families, life partners, dance partners, individuals or friends.
There are also separate training sessions especially for women to find their way into female power. This is about feeling and accepting the female body and energy. To be allowed to be a woman and her nature again. To connect with other women and support each other.
