How can we achieve what we want so much in life? We are all shaped by past experiences.
Throughout our lives we experience traumatic events such as separations, conflicts and losses. We feel emotions such as fear, sadness, pain and uncertainty. We have learned to avoid negative emotions. But they are still there. All feelings are in our body, produced and stored there.
We are human beings and our emotions give us information. We have to listen to them, accept them and then let them go. When we allow ourselves to feel the emotions instead of resisting them, things begin to change.
Once the emotion comes to the surface, we can release the energy tied up in it and free our body and mind.
The result is a life of more joy, security, health, success and love.
