In a world of the latest technology, social media and rapid changes, it is very easy for us to forget what is really important: relationships. Feelings are the be-all and end-all. We can learn again to feel all our emotions in our bodies, to express them and to get our energy flowing again in order to enjoy a life of lightness, health and love.

Dancing is like a language, only I use my whole body for it. And what am I expressing? feelings!
In a couple dance, I also share these feelings with my dance partner. This is how I manage to build a deep bond. I very often hear feedback from dancers, but also from people in general, that they feel a strong bond with me. The reason for this is that I am present in the here and now and allow the emotions - both the "positive" and the "negative" - that I feel at the moment and let them flow.
In my opinion, this is a prerequisite for building a true relationship with myself and with other people.
